Hawaii & Mainland Football Camps
Aloha, Talofa & E Komo Mai! Hello and welcome to the most comprehensive website for Hawaii and American Samoa high school student athletes. If you have decided that it is important to you or your child to attend college and you have concerns about how to cover the ever rising college costs, this website will help put you on the right track. Much of the information is relevant to athletes and non-athletes alike. For seven years the staff of PIAA has been assisting Hawaii Athletes secure scholarships, provide SAT workshops, run combines, clinics and for four years along with Mayor Hannemenn, hosted National Letter of Intent Signing Day. PIAA has assisted hundreds of athletes secure a place to continue competing in athletics and millions in college funding. Recently a local publicaiton printed an ad saying fewer and fewer college coaches were coming to the islands to recruit. I don't know what islands they were talking about but it could not possibly have been Hawaii! There are more coaches than ever before recruiting Hawaii and American Samoa in all sports. High school students, parents and coaches may visit our "student & parents " section to learn about financial and scholarship information and more. Check out "events" and find information on local SAT prep classes, clinics, camps and combines. We have just added a list of all NCAA Division 1, Division 1AA, Division 2 and NAIA programs. There is no need for you pay for a recruiting service. Here at PIAA we believe recruiting services take advantage of students and parents by insinuating promises of that "big time" scholarship that may never materialize while making a hefty profit. Remember, unless you are an elite athlete, the coaches won't come to you, you have to go find them. You just need to dsiplay your talents to the right programs! You must learn how to take the recruiting process into your own hands. If you would like your (local only) fundraiser, camp or clinic posted, please e-mail me. PIAA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We are pleased that satisified parents, athletes and coaches endorse PIAA. However, any representations made by parents of PIAA athletes or other interested parties do not reflect the thoughts, opinions or ideas of PIAA. Any representations made by anyone other than Doris Sullivan should be referred back to PIAA immediately. |
