There will be over 4,000 College coaches in attendance at this event. In 2008 PIAA handed out almost 4000 DVD's to college coaches from around the country at all levels of the NCAA, NAIA and Junior Colleges. This year our goal is 5500 for 150 athletes!

NOTICE: Although we appreciate the interest, this offer is only available to Hawaii and American Samoa Athletes.
If you are from the mainland, please do not send your DVD's, they will not be returned or distributed. You may ask PIAA to distrubute your DVD if you have verifiable and very strong ties to the islands (to be determined by PIAA). Call first!

ATHLETES:

PIAA has entered into an agreement with a video duplicating company. This is all they do. They do not edit (see below if you need editing services).   Each DVD will be labeled with your information and delivered to PIAA in a DVD sleeve.  To receive the negotiated, ridiculously low price of $2.00 each, there is a mandatory 50 copies, and we must supply 100 athletes DVD’s to be copied, so please tell your friends.   If you have your DVD professionally duplicated elsewhere you are looking at an average of $10-$15 each.  This $2.00 per copy price also includes shipping the DVD’s directly to PIAA at the conference.

If there are any leftover DVD's they will be returned to the athlete after the event.  However, last year by the 3rd day we had run completely out of DVDs! DEADLINE FOR DROP OFF FOR DUPLICATION IS AT THE HUB/ALL-STAR GAME ON DECEMBER 12!!! NO DUPLICATIONS TO BE DONE AFTER THIS POINT for information on how to mail your copies to PIAA see below.

Who: High School Football players, classes of 2009, 2010 and 2011
*Class of 2009 - if you are not being recruited, have been under recruited or you are looking for more options, this is a good opportunity for you.
*Class of 2010 and 2011 - this is a great opportunity to get your video seen by coaches and kick start your recruiting. 

**We will also accept DVD's for duplication from girls VB players, class of 2010.

What to provide to PIAA: 
Provide 1 (one) copy of your DVD with your Name, School, Position, Jersey #, Phone, Coaches Name and Number on the DVD, to PIAA and a one page information sheet attached and we will have 50 copies made at a cost of $2.00 each ($100.00)  Highlights plus a full game is highly suggested, especially for seniors.  Highlights alone for seniors/juniors will only slow down the recruiting process. See below for drop off/mailing formation.

*If you choose to provide PIAA with multiple copies of your video and not participate in the duplication offer, you may drop off or mail your video as per information below, however you MUST include a check or money order for $25.00 per student. If you deliver video for multiple students, there must be a check or money order from each. This is for shipping and handling as we must carry all the shipped video into the arena. This is not negotiable. If you mail to PIAA after December 10, the fee is $45.00 ($25 plus $20 late fee - see mainland mailing info below) Must arrive at mainland mailing address prior to January 5, 2009!! If video is received after this date, the check will be cashed and the video plus fee minus return postage will be sent back to sender after the conference. You must pay in advance below via Pay Pal.

*If you are later than January 5 providing video and you decide to ship it to the conference center, please contact Doris for mailing information. You must the $25.00 handling fee plus $45.00 in advance, the fee we must pay to the Union workers for carrying your delivered package from the front of the conference center less than 100 feet to our booth. This is a union rule, is not negotiable and if you do not pay the $70.00 in advance, PIAA will not accept the delivery. Unfortunately PIAA put out over $160 in fees last year we could not recover. You must arrange for delivery on January 9 or 10. There are no deliveries before or after these dates and the video is not guaranteed to arrive at the PIAA exhibit area if it is early or late. PIAA will not pay for storage for items received prior to January 9 (a charge of $45 a day) so please arrange for video to arrive on time. Payment must be made below via Pay Pal available at a later date.

Information sheet: Name, address, home/cell phone, email, legitimate height and weight, position, school name, graduation year, gpa/SAT,  Coaches name, phone and email.   Stats are very important if available for your position.  Include 40 speed (don’t exaggerate), bench, squat, vertical, etc if available.

**Please put the level (D1/D1AA/2/3/NAIA) of school you are hoping for.  Please be realistic, discuss with your high school coach! If you are not realistic and DVD's are not distributed to the proper level, this is a waste of my time and your money.

**If you are looking for a JC please put that on your info sheet so your DVDs will be distribute appropriately. Every JC coach in the country will be at this conference.

HOW TO SUPPLY VIDEO TO PIAA:
OPTION 1:  no longer available - you may NOT mail your video to the address previously listed.

OPTION 2: Call Doris or TJ at 261-5000 before Friday Dec 12 NOON to arrange drop off at the HUB/All-Star Game FOR DUPLICATION ONLY on Friday Dec 12.   Check or money order payable to PIAA for $100 or
show online receipt. No cash payments accepted.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT FOR DUPLICATION:  DECEMBER 12, 2008.   NO EXCEPTIONS!

You may mail video to the Conference Center for delivery on Jan 9 or 10, but there is an additional $45 Union workers delivery fee that must be paid in advance. Please see information above on this. Do not send to the conference center without contacting us first for exact details.

COACHES:

WHAT TO SUPPLY TO PIAA: One or two of your best games either on one DVD (more cost effective) or as many as you choose, nowever. If you provide 2 DVD's, the cost is $200 for 50 copies each, so I suggest putting as much on one DVD as possible to save money. I can have as many copies as you like made. If you make 100 copies I am sure I can distribute 100 copies with no problem

Please provide your roster via email. Roster should have grad year next to the students name and please include academic info if possible (gpa/SAT or Qualifier, projected qualifier or non qualifier). I will be putting all rosters on a DVD's for the college coaches. Paperless is the way to go this year! Please follow delivery directions above.
