COMBINE, CAMP & CLINIC TRAINING |
Certified Trainer Chris Kidawski,
MS, CSCS
is offering training clinics in April and May. Coach Kidawski has been training athletes for more than 8 years and has assisted collegiate athletes in five different sports make it to the
professional level. You now have the opportunity to utilize the same
methods these athletes use to improve your test times. This is an opportunity
you do not want to miss.
Coach Kidawski will be teaching proven techniques to help you cut your times in the coveted 40-yard dash, the 20 yard shuttle (pro agility), and the 3 cone drill, as well as teaching the proper
ways to
improve your vertical jump, and increase the amount of repetitions in your bench press. These techniques have been proven at acclaimed facilities such as the Arizona Performance Institute and the Parisi Speed School, two of the foremost combine preparation camps in the United States. Coach Kidawski will also answer any questions about strength and conditioning, or the tests themselves. All camps are $10 per athlete. The camp schedule is as follows: (NOTE TIME CHANGE BELOW)
