Exhibitor information

Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the First Annual University of Hawaii Football Coaches Clinic April 19, 2008 at the Manoa Campus.

This being the first year, the University is limiting this event to only 10 select exhibitors. Please get your application in early.

Enclosed you will find your “Exhibitor Package”, which includes:

1. Exhibit Plan: Provides the clinic schedule and regulations.

2. General Information Sheet: Provides general information about becoming an exhibitor.

3. Exhibit location and directions to the exhibit all exhibit space available.

4. Exhibit Space Pricing: Provides prices for the different exhibit spaces available.

5. Exhibit Space Contract: Actual application and request for exhibit space. Must be completed and returned promptly via email to reserve exhibit space. Due to the late date you may pay online or you may pay by check in advance. (Small items such as power cords and chairs may be paid for as needed on the day of the Clinic but please let us know in advance what you may require)

To insure that you will receive the “Exhibitor Package” in a timely manner, please provide the following information. This information allows us to add you to our “Potential Exhibitor” list for the e-mailing of the “Exhibitor Package” for this year and for future opportunities with the University of Hawaii.

Exhibitor Location and Information:

· University of Hawaii at Manoa, 2nd Floor, Athletic Center (Lower Campus Road, off Dole Street).

· Parking on 2nd Floor of parking deck will provide easy access to exhibit area.

· Exhibitors will be outside the Athletic Auditorium on the covered walkway.

· Arrival & Set-up 6:00 a.m. Exhibitors must be set up by 8:00 a.m. (Coaches’ registration begins)

· Breakdown: 3:30 p.m. Vendors must keep booth staffed at all times.

· Lunch will be provided to exhibitors. You may bring additional refreshments/snacks

Dollies and carts will be available, but due to limited number it is suggested you bring your own if you have one. It will expedite your move in and set up.

Payment for space and tables must be made in advance. Other items may be paid for in advance (suggested to guarantee availability) or at check in.

· 8’x 8’ booth may have up to four (square) 6’ tables, 14’ x 8’ may have up to six (two in front, one on each side, two behind. You may select more or less as needed. You may bring your own.

· Chairs – 1st Chair is free. Please do not bring your own.

· Table cloths are required. If needed, one rental will cover one or two front tables. You may bring your own. Company banners may be hung from front of table.

· Electricity will be available if you require it. Extension cords with or without Power Strip should be ordered in advance. You may bring your own

· Display items, such as clothing racks, stand along shelving, etc. Please supply your own. You may rent items locally. If you need help finding these items please let me know.

· You may make payment online via Pay-Pal with Credit Card, Check or Cash. Payment for booth rental and tables must be made in advance.

Directions

From West:

Take the H1 East to University Ave. Exit.

First light, turn right on Dole Street.

First light, turn right on to Lower Campus Dr

Immediately following parking booth ($3.00) turn left.

Follow road around to athletic center. When you cross under walkway, turn into parking deck and take ramp to second level. Park here and you can access the walk way to exhibit area.

From East:

Take H1 West to University Ave. Exit.

First light, turn right on Dole Street.

First light, turn right on to Lower Campus Dr
