Tom Lemming produces the "Lemming Prep Football Report" annually to distribute to college football programs nationwide. After spending years with ESPN as an analyst, writing for USA Today and Sporting News, Mr. Lemming has his own show on CBS College Sports TV, "Tom Lemming's Generation Next". He is considered to be the leading authority on high school football recruiting in the nation. Michael Lewis, author of The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game recognized Lemming as the “only national football scout in America.”

Tom evaluates over 1200 of the nations top football recruits every year by traveling around the country, even stopping in Hawaii. His tour is finalized with the release of the "Lemming Prep Football Report", which is considered to be the Bible of high school football recruiting.

PIAA has provided video to Tom of some of the top athletes in Hawaii over the past several years. He has used these clips when analyzing the players on his show. Tom has asked for video of the PIAA combine and may use clips of the best performances in the state of Hawaii when Hawaii athletes are profiled.
